REMEMBER - Your Ticket/ Voucher are refundable so you risk close to nothing.

You are ready to purchase your Ticket / Voucher, follow the flights link and click on flight you want to get. A Ticket / Voucher will give you access to view availability on the flights. You will see ALL the flights that are available for you to take including flights that are close to your origin and destination.

When you get your Ticket / Voucher, or any time thereafter (Ticket / Vouchers are good for the time you purchased it depended on the validation dates), log on to check flights from our home page. You are also able to view you flights in your personal page. Only those registered will have access to flights, departure times, itineraries and availability ratings. In some cases there is no need to send you a physical Ticket / Voucher and after your registration is approved you will receive by e-mail your E-ticket/voucher.

Decide which flight best suits your desired itinerary and/or seems most likely to have seats on it from the following availability rating system: From "A" to "F", where "A"-chances are around 90%, "B"-75%, "C"-60%, "D"-50%, "E"-25%, and "F"-less than 10%. Each flight will include an availability rating. Print out the flight schedule times that suit you in case your primary departure time doesn't work out.

There are two type of flights listed:

The first are flights that you will board them on a "standby" basis. You need to show up at the airport, following the instructions for the flight you intend to try and board, and wait in line to see if seats are available on the flight.

The second types of flights are on a "confirm" basis. Fill in the confirmation request form / or send our flight department an email with the flight information and your voucher number. This will ONLY tell us what flight you want to take. Not later then 24 hours before departure you will be announces by e-mail that we accept your request for a confirm seat. In that case cancellation fee will be 100%. If we don't accept your request, you are invited to find another flight. NOTE that acceptation will be according to the rule "First buy, First fly" when seats are available on the flight.


After finding the best flight suitable for your traveling needs and before heading to the airport, call the airport information system to verify departure time, delays or cancellations.
